Inside the box was a tattered silk taffeta dress that was on the verge of falling apart. Since then I've been on a mission to find ways to incorporate the fabric into my art work. I have a tendency to become rather fixated on some things, (or so I'm told...). One of those things has been Gwen's Ornamental Peacock stencil. This stencil has been there from the beginning for me. Hi Everybody. Today I want to share with you the technique that I used create the blue laced Lutradur element in my StencilGirl Voices Textile Collage. The collage, featuring the August 2017 StencilClub Set, Second Star on the Right and Straight on 'til Morning StencilClub collection designed by Mary C.
